Harvey Nash seeks a Business Analyst for TWIST application development in Frankfort, Kentucky. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, defining user needs, and coordinating with PMs, SMEs, and vendors to ensure successful implementations.

Responsabilités

• Lead or participate in requirements gathering and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with project managers, SMEs, business users, developers, and vendors.
• Analyze, define, document, and validate business and functional requirements, use cases, business processes, and system enhancements.
• Provide ongoing production support by investigating application issues, interface errors, reporting discrepancies, and business process problems.
• Work with technical teams to analyze issues, identify root causes, validate proposed solutions, and coordinate resolution.
• Evaluate system enhancement requests and assess potential impacts on existing functionality, business processes, and interfaces.
• Support functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect verification.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to support system maintenance, enhancements, releases, and implementation timelines.
• Facilitate requirements reviews, validation, approval, and sign-off with appropriate stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and supporting documentation.
• Support production deployments, go-live activities, and post-implementation issue resolution.
• Manage competing priorities between production support activities and planned project deliverables.

Family Services Support Branch (FSSB) is currently seeking one qualified candidate for the position of Business Analyst for the application development of The Workers Information SysTem (TWIST) in Frankfort, Kentucky.

• Working knowledge of SQL, databases, and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Experience with requirements management, testing, and issue-tracking tools.
