Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting and accounting, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of budgetary and financial accounting principles; ability to prepare, interpret and analyze financial statements.
• Experience in data analysis/data modeling; ability to analyze data creatively and display results clearly.
• Knowledge of database management software (Access, SQL).
• Strong computer skills; proficiency with spreadsheets and databases.
• Software implementation and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and writing skills.
• Deadline oriented; ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Budget Manager with the preparation of annual budgets.
• Analyze budget variances and develop productivity standards and productivity reporting.
• Conduct operational benchmarking analysis and develop monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasts.
• Produce reporting of key performance indicators.
