Job summary

A national commercial real estate finance firm is looking for a Healthcare Associate in its Bridge Lending Group. This role involves the analysis of healthcare transactions, managing the process from engagement to closing, and preparing necessary documentation. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of transactional experience, preferably with healthcare loans. The position offers a competitive salary between $84,000 and $120,000 based on qualifications, and emphasizes a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of prior transactional experience.
• Prior experience with underwriting of healthcare loans with FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac preferred.
• Experience with financing for Assisted Living and/or Skilled Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial analysis of proposed transactions by assessing various risk factors.
• Manage transactions from engagement through closing to ensure timely processes.
• Prepare Loan Committee memoranda and facilitate required legal documentation.
