Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Billing Specialist for a healthcare organization in Anderson, SC. The role supports the Finance Department with invoicing, payments, and basic administrative tasks. This entry-level position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 am–5:00 pm) with a pay rate of $15 per hour.

Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds as required.
Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Prepare, verify, and scan all invoices for payment, including payments for patient leases, direct pays, and travel vouchers for staff and board members.
Provide payment information to staff, vendors, and leaseholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain an organized filing system for easy access by the Finance Department.
Assist with inventory management of supplies, including ordering, receiving, and organizing consumables.
Ensure assets are properly accounted for and reports are submitted in accordance with policies, excluding IT and State Fleet Vehicles.
