TURN is seeking a Medical Biller in San Diego, CA for a regular full-time role focused on data entry, billing, and timely reimbursement. Responsibilities include entering demographics, admissions, and treatment information in the EHR, maintaining medical records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software, plus medical billing and coding experience. BA is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Data entry, reporting, and timely completion of billing and reimbursement functions.
• Enter demographics, history and extent of disease, diagnostic procedures and treatment.
• Maintain confidentiality of client’s care.
• Compile and maintain patients' medical records to document condition and treatment.
• Review records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate level of staff accurate and timely documentation.
• Enter admissions and discharges in EHR.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
