Aultman Health Foundation is seeking a Compliance Billing Auditor to review physician claims and supporting records for accuracy and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on coding, documentation, and reimbursement accuracy within a healthcare setting.

The auditor will identify discrepancies, provide education to physicians, and support the compliance program under the supervision of the Compliance Officers. A hybrid work arrangement and local travel are available.

Qualifications

• Certification in medical coding (CPMA, CPC, CPCO, CPB, CPC-H or CCS-P).
• Two years of coding and reimbursement experience for physician services.
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10-CM and HCPCS coding for physician billing.

Responsabilités

• Audit medical records to validate documentation supports E/M services and billing.
• Research regulatory guidelines to support audit findings.
• Prepare audit summary with detailed comments.
