Qualifications

• Must have experience in strategy, product, or operations at a tech company.
• Experience building something from scratch in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Fluency in medical billing concepts (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, EOB) and payer/appeals knowledge.
• Comfort working across multiple teams and driving product/process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Review uploaded bills weekly to determine lowerable items, required data, and confidence levels.
• Identify patterns across cases to inform strategy, process changes, and product input.
• Serve as escalation point for VIP, high‑complexity, and specialized cases.
• Partner with Product as the domain owner for the AI bill analyzer and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate on playbooks, training, and onboarding to scale QA for the HA team.
• Ensure HA workflows land with the necessary context for advocates.
• Publish weekly reports highlighting opportunities for the HA team.
• Translate user pain points into roadmap inputs for ongoing improvements.
