Job summary

Machinify is seeking a Healthcare BI and Analytics (BIA) Manager to own client reporting, compliance reporting, and performance analytics across healthcare programs. The role combines hands-on data work (SQL, reports) with leadership of a reporting team, guiding standards and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in analytics, health data, or related field.
• 5+ years in business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or analytics engineering, including senior-level work.
• Hands-on experience with eligibility, member and claims data in healthcare analytics environments.
• Advanced SQL skills to write, debug, and optimize complex queries on large datasets.
• Experience with a modern BI/reporting platform and cloud data warehouse (Snowflake or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting frameworks and standards to meet client requirements and SLAs.
• Own client compliance and dashboard reporting, including 271/835/NCPDP reporting.
• Partner with data engineering on pipeline reliability and data quality monitoring.
• Lead client system file generation, reconciliation, and reporting support.
• Write and optimize production SQL; manage testing and version control of reporting code.
• Surface anomalies and trends; conduct ad hoc research as needed.
• Turn findings into repeatable checks and monitoring to prevent rework.
• Build crosswalks and validation logic for ongoing reporting needs.
• Coordinate with counterparts to resolve upstream data issues affecting reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and analysts; supervise the team.
• Define the data roadmap and prioritize work across the team.
