Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Business Intelligence analyst to gather, organize, and present data to healthcare users. You will create basic and ad hoc reports and train users on BI software to enable non-technical insights.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, monitor analytics systems, and support data migration and testing efforts while delivering clear user documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in education.
• 3 years in analysis of business processes and interfaces, including data flow/context diagramming.
• Experience with EPIC Clarity and EPIC Reporting Workbench preferred.
• Experience with A/R and EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops BI solutions through knowledge of user needs, data repositories and BI practices.
• Delivers ad hoc data and report requests and analyzes data discrepancies.
• Administers analytics and reporting systems, monitors performance, coordinates upgrades, and maintains documentation.
• Provides user/system support and applies project management techniques to BI projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
