Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain pre-certifications and pre-authorizations for procedures, DME, and medications.
• Coordinate with physicians, staff, patients, providers and payers to facilitate approvals.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, insurers and care teams.
• Support quality improvement activities and maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
