Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement team in planning and execution of audits, reviews or compilations for healthcare clients.

• Provide supervision to staff, seniors and supervisors, with open communication to partners.
• Collaborate on client issue resolution and advise on legal, regulatory and accounting issues.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines.
• Create and track engagement budgets and identify inefficiencies.
• Support professional development programs and training within the team.
