Job summary

Withum PC seeks a Healthcare Audit Supervisor to lead engagement teams across multiple healthcare clients, from planning through completion, while mentoring staff and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires at least 3 years of public accounting experience with healthcare clients, a CPA or progress toward CPA, and solid knowledge of US GAAP and healthcare guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license or working towards CPA certification with parts passed.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience, leading engagements and supervising staff.
• Experience serving healthcare clients (hospitals, systems, post-acute care, not-for-profit and for-profit).
• Understanding of Uniform Guidance related to healthcare entities and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams in planning and executing audits, reviews, or compilations for healthcare clients.
• Supervise staff, manage staffing, budgets, and risk assessment across engagements.
• Collaborate with seniors, supervisors, and partners on issue resolution and regulatory concerns.
• Monitor multiple engagements to meet client deadlines and maintain quality service.
• Develop staff through coaching and formal feedback.
