The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare corporate and transactional law, with the ability to provide strategic and practical legal counsel to clients in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience in healthcare corporate/transactional law preferred (candidates with fewer years of experience may be considered).
• General knowledge and experience advising healthcare professionals, medical practices, and healthcare organizations.
• Strong background in transactional, general corporate, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-relations skills.
• A modest book of business is favorable and can be discussed, but not necessary.

Responsibilities
