Qualifications

• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals (BLS) required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interprofessional team to deliver quality patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Coordinate unit communications; manage medical records, transcription, orders and documentation.
• Assist in admissions, discharges and transfers; ensure room setup and inventory of patient belongings.
• Provide patient care within scope; monitor patients and escalate changes to RN.
• Follow safety and infection control policies and document episodes and actions.
