Huntsville Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) with strong patient care focus to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. The role supports nurses and frontline staff in providing safe, compassionate care to patients across departments.

The successful candidate will have HS/GED, CNA certification preferred, BCLS by orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior patient care and/or clerical experience is valued, along with familiarity with medical terminology.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required.
• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant and/or Huntsville Hospital Health Care Assistant course preferred.
• BCLS certification required by orientation.
• Requires previous patient care and/or two years clerical experience with successful work history.
• Comparable combinations of education and experience in both clerical positions as well as patient care aide positions will be considered.
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
