Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture and Virginia license required.
• 15+ years in architecture practice, with at least 10+ years in healthcare architecture.
• Strategic mindset with executive-level client engagement ability.
• Proven track record leading large, complex healthcare projects.
• Strong business acumen and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and technical leadership to deliver innovative architectural solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee project delivery from design through construction administration.
• Mentor staff and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
