Gresham Smith in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Architect to lead the delivery of small to medium healthcare projects, and to support project teams on larger initiatives. The role requires an NAAB-accredited architecture degree, an architecture license, and 8+ years of experience.

You will collaborate with consultants and stakeholders, manage production timelines, review submittals, and contribute to design excellence with sustainable practices. Portfolio encouraged.

Formación

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Architecture license required.
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape or similar rendering tools is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of small to medium healthcare projects.
• Support project teams on large projects.
• Direct consultant and technical teams to ensure design and deliverables.
• Work with Project Executive/PM to create and oversee production timelines.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate deliverables per QA/QC processes.
• Supervise code analysis and zoning reviews.
• Facilitate design discussions with consultants.
• Develop and present client presentations.
• Attend site visits and document findings.
• Mentor staff and promote teamwork.
