Job summary

Little in Durham, NC is seeking an Architectural Designer for its Healthcare Studio in the American Tobacco Historic District. You will contribute to healthcare projects from small upfits to hospital campus master plans, blending design excellence with practical execution.

Ideal candidates have a Architecture degree, 2–5 years of experience, licensure path toward registration, strong Revit and rendering skills, and a collaborative, self-motivated work style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 2-5 years of professional work experience.
• On the path to licensure or a licensed Architect.
• Solid design and production skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional computer skills (Revit, exterior and interior renderings using Enscape and AI, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Self-motivation and a desire to learn about all aspects of Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Providing conceptual design and design support documentation for healthcare projects of varying size.
• Supporting studio leadership with presentation composition for executive and design meetings.
• Assisting project teams with renderings, client meetings, and design workshops.
• Supporting construction documents; learning construction practices on project sites.
