RADHealth+ is seeking a Cash Posting professional in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare payment posting, with strong skills in EOBs, EFTs, ERAs, COB, and 835 file interpretation. Work arrangement: 3 days in office and 2 days remote; training in office for the first month.

You will collaborate with billers, collectors, and payers, analyze remits, ensure data integrity, and support reconciliation across multiple payers and dates of service.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare payment posting.
• Strong knowledge of EOBs, EFTs, ERAs, COB, and 835 file interpretation.
• Familiarity with payer rules (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Workers' Comp).
