Responsibilities

• Identify coding or billing errors from EOBs and correct them quickly.
• Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate.
• Update patient accounts to reflect actions taken.
• Work with patients and guarantors to secure outstanding payments.
• Sort and file correspondence.
• Follow the Code of Conduct and Mission and Value Statement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support compliance program and uphold standards.
