Qualifications

• Accounts receivable/payable experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy record-keeping requirements.
• Ability to establish and maintain an organized filing system for retrieval of needed information.

Responsibilities

• Assist other members of the medical office team as required.
• Perform duties to meet the goal of providing primary health care services.
• Prepare billing forms for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
• Stay up to date on billing changes enacted by third party payers.
• Bill third-party payers within 30 days from the date of service.
