Baptist Health is seeking an Application Analyst I to join the BHCLR Admin team in Little Rock. The role focuses on evaluating, selecting, designing, testing and implementing clinical and business systems, with ongoing support and problem resolution.

After orientation, specialization and on-call coverage for production systems will follow. The position is full-time, on-site, with standard day shifts; Epic certification is preferred and a degree in IT or related field is expected or 3 years of

• Ability to work with minimal direction on assigned projects.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, design/tailor, test, and implement clinical and business systems for Baptist Health.
• Provide ongoing support for problem resolution, application modifications, and new releases.
• Work independently on simple to minimal complexity projects; with team support on major/complex projects.
• Provide on-call coverage for a production system on a scheduled basis after orientation.
