Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Training & Client Support Specialist to help clients realize measurable improvements through the Clinical Data Base (CDB) and related analytics tools. You will train, educate, and resolve inquiries while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize client value.

The role involves onboarding, product utilization support, and developing helpful training materials. Travel is expected as needed, with an incentive-eligible compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Experience in clinical, supply chain, or healthcare operations setting.
• Strong customer service mindset and a positive client experience.
• Proven ability to train individuals and groups on CDB or similar analytics tools.
• Experience supporting healthcare software solutions preferred.
• Prior experience with Vizient CDB preferred.
• Knowledge of data analysis and relational databases.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and engagement with product coordinators.
• Provide analytical product support, including trend monitoring and issue escalation.
• Address CDB questions and content inquiries.
• Develop training materials and FAQs.
• Deliver virtual training sessions and webinars.
• Ensure positive client experience through access management.
• Monitor industry trends and integrate insights into guidance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve adoption.
