Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience training individuals and groups on analytics tools to maximize client value.
• Experience in a clinical, supply chain, or healthcare operations setting.
• Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
• Knowledge of data quality and performance improvement initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding, engagement and product utilization initiatives in collaboration with product coordinators and internal teams.
• Provide analytical product support, including inquiry resolution, trend monitoring, and issue escalation.
• Address functionality and content questions related to the CDB.
• Develop and maintain training materials such as user guides, one-pagers, and FAQs.
• Deliver virtual training sessions, including one-on-one sessions and scheduled webinars, to introduce and reinforce CDB functionality.
• Ensure a positive client experience through effective access management and product support.
• Monitor industry trends and integrate relevant insights into client interactions and product guidance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and overall client value realization.
