Job summary
Lockton Companies is seeking an Analytics & Consulting Leader to build and lead a modern analytics team within the data commercialization practice. The role focuses on healthcare analytics, measurement science, and evidence-based insights to improve outcomes and reduce cost of care.
The leader will guide analytics engineers, data analysts, and subject matter experts to deliver trusted, reproducible, and decision-ready analytics using Azure, Databricks, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
- 10+ years of healthcare analytics, health economics, or related fields.
- 5+ years leading analytics teams with US healthcare data.
- Experience with emergency room visits, inpatient admissions, quality measures, and utilization trends.
- Strong SQL proficiency and cloud analytics experience.
- Experience with Python, R, or other stats languages.

- Develop and execute analytics strategy aligned with goals.
- Lead a high-performing team of healthcare analysts and measurement experts.
- Establish governance, metric standardization, data quality, and reproducibility.
