Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Intern to gain hands-on experience applying analytics, statistics, and research methods in evaluating healthcare programs and business outcomes.

You will work with experienced researchers to assess effectiveness, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable insights for organizational decision-making, within a mentored, project-based environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in planning assignments.
Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day operating objectives.
Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills.
Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise and ability.
Conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the specific objectives of the operating unit.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
