Job summary

Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship designed to give graduates hands-on experience applying analytical, statistical, and research methodologies to evaluate healthcare programs and business outcomes.

You will work with experienced researchers to assess effects, impact, and outcomes of initiatives, gaining practical exposure to healthcare research, data analysis, and evidence-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; pursuing graduate degree is welcomed.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with statistical tools (SAS, R) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day analytical and research activities.
• Participate in evaluation studies and strategic projects.
• Conduct statistical analyses using SAS and R; prepare reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives.
• Engage in research and reporting with recommendations for action.
• Perform related studies and enrichment programs as needed.
