Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship in the United States. The program provides hands-on experience applying analytical, statistical, and research methodologies to evaluate healthcare programs and business outcomes.

Interns work with experienced researchers to analyze data, conduct studies, and translate findings into actionable insights for organizational decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree (full or part-time) in an accredited college or university is required.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Legal Studies, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clientele, and internal/external constituencies in planning assignments and solving day-to-day problems.
• Under supervision, provide professional services as appropriate to day-to-day operating objectives, with guidance and mentoring from senior personnel.
• Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise and ability.
• Conduct research and reporting including recommendations or alternative proposals for action as requested by management.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs aligned with the operating unit’s objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
