Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior working towards a bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred majors include Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Informatics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or any related quantitative field.
• Prior experience with SQL is highly desirable.
• Exposure to AWS, Python, or R is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to think analytically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with comfortability using Webex and other virtual tools to connect with colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Analyze consultant and coalition RFP trends and automate standard bid responses for faster turnaround time.
• Develop prospect benchmarking metrics by aggregating historical pharmacy and clinical data, defining benchmark metrics across client segments, and calculating measures of variation to support prospect evaluations and finalist discussions.
• Gain valuable insights into the pharmacy industry and data analytics, enhancing your understanding of both.
• Conduct research on key topics related to pharmacy data and analytics and present your findings to the team.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with different teams to support the analytics department in delivering high‑quality insights and solutions.
• Participate in hands‑on projects that will directly impact the business and help drive strategic decision‑making.
