Job summary

Humana is seeking a Graduate Analytics Intern to work on healthcare analytics, data-driven decisions, and responsible AI initiatives. You’ll contribute to multiple teams and gain exposure to Humana’s data-driven culture at headquarters in Louisville, KY with on-site opportunities in Arlington, VA and other hubs.

You will build analytical capabilities, create dashboards, and translate complex results into practical recommendations for leadership and business partners.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree and available for full-time 12-week internship.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and analytics tools.
• Experience with healthcare datasets or analytics is a plus.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical frameworks and solutions for healthcare challenges.
• Perform exploratory analysis, modeling, and insight generation.
• Combine diverse data sources to identify actionable insights about members and care.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to support decisions.
• Apply ML/NLP techniques to responsible AI use cases in healthcare.
