Job summary

CareAllies seeks a Senior Consultant to leverage strong technical skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders. You will deliver analytical support and advisory services to internal/external senior leaders, leading initiatives from inception to execution.

The role requires strong SQL/Python/R skills, data visualization in Tableau or Power BI, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.
Master’s degree with 4 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.
PhD with 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.
10 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.

Responsibilities

Support clinical and business stakeholders with analytical insights.
Provide advisory service for internal/external senior leaders.
Lead analytic initiatives to success and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
