Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Create process maps and documentation including SOPs, decision points, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on process changes and support implementation.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and improve quality.
  • Perform data analysis to uncover trends and drive data-based improvement recommendations.
  • Support change management by communicating updates and facilitating training.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and track performance.
  • Promote continuous improvement and stay current on industry best practices.
  • May lead, train, and mentor team members.

The Business Process Analyst IV is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes within an organization. Identifies inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and proposes solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in several lines of business (Business Services, Health, Infrastructure and Engineering, Mission Optimization, Technology and Transportation) for the federal government and commercial enterprises. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
