Job summary

SkillUp Online seeks a Subject Matter Expert to develop and deliver a Healthcare Data Analytics & AI program. The SME will design curricula, validate content, and train learners through live sessions as needed.

The role requires deep expertise in healthcare data, HL7/FHIR, HIPAA compliance, and experience teaching or mentoring in real-world datasets. CBCS and CRCP exam prep certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Healthcare Data Analytics / Healthcare AI.
• Experience with clinical data science methods and metrics.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills applied to healthcare datasets.
• Knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards in real-world settings.
• Biostatistics and clinical metrics knowledge.
• Healthcare compliance (HIPAA) and PHI handling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, review, validate, and enhance curriculum across healthcare data topics.
• Cover interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and healthcare data foundations.
• Teach Python (Pandas) and SQL for healthcare analytics and visualization.
• Develop and deliver labs, capstone projects, and live sessions.
• Mentor learners and address technical queries in live or online formats.
