mpathic is seeking a Sales Director, Healthcare to own our healthcare market, selling to telehealth companies and health systems that build, deploy, or adopt AI. You will guide evaluation and monitoring of AI safety with a clinician-led approach.
This remote-first role requires 7+ years of enterprise software sales, healthcare AI knowledge, and strong stakeholder management to drive quota attainment and growth.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise software or services sales experience.
- Experience in AI safety, AI evaluation, or selling AI-related solutions.
- Experience selling healthcare technology to telehealth companies or health systems, with HIPAA/privacy awareness.
Responsibilities
- Win new business with telehealth companies and health systems.
- Own quota and book of target accounts, and run full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract.
- Sell the platform with expert-led services for clinical and operational use cases.
- Build account plans and identify stakeholders across clinical, AI, informatics, safety, compliance, and legal teams.
- Generate pipeline through outbound, partnerships, and industry events, with marketing support.
- Lead discovery to uncover use cases, safety concerns, governance needs, and success criteria.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product on demos, pilots, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Navigate complex healthcare buying processes, including committee reviews and contract negotiation.
