Job summary

Autonomize AI is leading healthcare AI-enabled knowledge workflows. We seek a Principal, Client Partner to expand our footprint within major health plans and PBMs and to drive measurable ROI through executive-facing engagements.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor across business, clinical, and technology operations, shaping expansion strategies and embedding Autonomize as a strategic partner in client enterprises.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise account management, expansion, or consultative roles in healthcare, payer/PBM, or SaaS serving these markets.
• Demonstrated success growing large, complex accounts with multi-year expansion cycles.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong account planning, forecasting, and execution discipline.
• Deep understanding of payer/PBM operations, workflows, and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own expansion and value creation within existing national accounts, partnering with some of the largest health plans in the U.S. to uncover white space and drive high-impact opportunities.
• Embed within client organizations to understand strategic goals, operational workflows, and technology initiatives.
• Build multi-threaded relationships across business, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to translate client insights into adoption strategies, pilots, and scalable deployments.
