Job summary

Rush University Medical Center seeks an Enterprise AI Architect to shape strategy, architecture, and responsible AI across our healthcare enterprise. You will define standards, integration patterns, and architectural frameworks enabling secure, scalable AI, ML, and analytics solutions.

Reporting to the Director of AI & Innovation, you’ll collaborate with AI, data engineering, cybersecurity, clinical informatics, and operations teams to translate clinical and business needs into enterprise-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years IT, data, or solution architecture experience.
• 3+ years designing or supporting AI/ML platforms or advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architectures for AI solutions, from data ingestion through deployment and monitoring.
• Establish enterprise AI reference architectures and standards.
• Design scalable data architectures for AI/analytics and ensure interoperability.
• Define model development, deployment, monitoring, and retraining approaches.
