Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or platform roles with hands-on delivery
• Expert SQL and strong Python (or Scala/Java) and production engineering habits
• Snowflake expertise with data modeling, pipelines, and scale in prod
• Cloud data architectures on AWS/Azure/GCP incl. storage, compute, orchestration
• Experience with vector search and embeddings and retrieval patterns
• dbt or comparable semantic layer tooling in production
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and drive alignment
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the AI context platform end-to-end
• Define scalable patterns for data ingestion, enrichment, and retrieval
• Oversee governance, RBAC/PII controls, and security-by-design
• Lead platform reliability, CI/CD, testing, and performance improvements
• Collaborate with security/compliance to enforce guardrails for AI access
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions across teams
