Job summary

Huron seeks a technically strong AI Solution Architect to join our growing AI practice. You will design and implement AI-powered solutions across client projects, ensuring architectures are sound, scalable, and tailored to the problem at hand.

You will collaborate with engineering teams and client stakeholders to leverage traditional ML, generative AI, and intelligent automation across cloud, on‑prem, or hybrid setups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or AI/ML; 2+ years in design/architecture.
• Experience designing AI-powered solutions with ML pipelines or GenAI APIs.
• Hands-on with Python, AI/ML frameworks, and API development.

Responsibilities

• Support architecture and design of AI solutions across multiple projects.
• Develop shared architectural patterns and reusable components.
• Evaluate client needs and environments to recommend scalable AI designs.
• Drive decisions on data pipelines, model orchestration, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Apply ML and GenAI technologies to diverse solution needs.
• Understand orchestration layers and multi-step workflows for agentic tasks.
• Mentor junior engineers and review designs.
• Collaborate with delivery leads to refine solution designs.
• Participate in technology evaluations to strengthen architectural consistency.
