The role requires 10+ years in software architecture, 5+ years in AI/ML, and deep healthcare knowledge (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA). Responsible AI and security are core priorities.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture or engineering, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML.
• Proven experience designing and developing multi-agent AI systems in a production environment.
• Significant healthcare industry experience with HL7, FHIR, RCM, and HIPAA compliance.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services; strong data engineering background with ETL pipelines and vector stores.
• Hands-on with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
