• 12+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong experience in Healthcare domain (Provider/Payer systems).
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics.
• Experience working with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT).
• Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems integration.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with AI/ML services.
• Experience with big data technologies and data governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy aligned with healthcare business goals.
• Lead design and implementation of AI/ML solutions for healthcare use cases (clinical analytics, patient engagement, diagnostics, revenue cycle, etc.).
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.).
• Architect secure, scalable, and high-performing AI-enabled healthcare platforms.
