Premier, Inc. is seeking a Manager Advisory Services to collaborate within a high-caliber Advisory team and deliver performance improvement for healthcare systems.

The role centers on billable client work, leading workstreams, and ensuring quality analyses, recommendations, and deliverables. The position requires 5+ years in health systems finance/operations or related consulting, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and professional licenses or certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, or Strategic Consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements.
• Ability to mentor staff and guide project teams to successful outcomes.
• Proven ability to develop and present actionable recommendations and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute/direct data analyses and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
• Lead client interviews and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Develop and deliver final recommendations and client-ready deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, and risk with project leadership.
• Mentor and oversee staff working on the engagement workstreams.
