Qualifications

Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing degrees in healthcare, business, or related fields.
GPA of 3.0 or above.
Coursework/experience in healthcare operations, analytics, or finance.
Understanding of US healthcare in provider settings.
At least one year in a clinical practice setting if licensed.
Strong Excel and general tech skills; ability to learn KPMG tools.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assist with analytical reviews of healthcare data and translate analyses into a narrative for change.
Support development of dashboards to monitor initiatives and communicate progress.
Interview clinicians, administrators or leaders to assess current state and implement new processes.
Participate in client engagements focused on improving clinical, quality, operational and financial outcomes.
Analyze complex issues and frame approaches for potential solutions.
