Job summary

Fellowship Square Christian Care in Phoenix is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage staffing operations, oversee new resident admissions, and coordinate central supply logistics to ensure smooth facility operations.

You will supervise scheduling for the nursing department, maintain medical records, facilitate admissions, orient new staff, and serve as on-call support, all while fostering a respectful, collaborative environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 18+ years old and of good character.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage 24-hour staffing coverage for the nursing department and prepare/post schedules.
• Oversee medical records, monitor physician documentation, and manage chart requests.
• Coordinate new resident admissions and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Conduct orientation for new nursing staff and assist with compliance tracking.
• Serve as on-call contact for staffing and admissions.
• Maintain and organize supply inventory and stock; foster a warm, collaborative environment.
