Job summary

PruittHealth in Forsyth, GA is seeking an Admissions Director to grow referrals for skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care through strategic partnerships with referral sources.

You will develop territory plans, analyze markets, present to physicians, and collaborate across PruittHealth divisions. Strong communication and healthcare sales experience are required, along with proficiency in MS Office and videoconferencing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
• Extensive healthcare sales/marketing experience (2 years) or equivalent combination.
• Familiarity with healthcare landscape and sales processes.
• Ability to develop clinical knowledge to support sales.
• Demonstrates the sales process in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates quarterly and annual territory plans to achieve budgeted targets.
• Analyzes territory, establishes sales goals, and writes sales plan with the sales manager.
• Develops business relationships by making effective sales contacts, meetings, and presentations.
• Builds relationships with PruittHealth Skilled Nursing staff to ensure effective communication with referral sources.
• Builds relationships with partners from other PruittHealth divisions to identify opportunities to collaborate.
• Identifies key referring physicians and hospitals to increase referral volume.
• Identifies key referring personnel in hospitals, nursing homes, and managed care operations.
• Basic knowledge of insurance companies and payer sources.
• Supports and participates in promotional activities, sales campaigns and growth initiatives.
