Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business required; MBA preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and present information to managers and employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing operations within a nursing facility.
• Liaise between facility, residents, families and outside community.
• Develop reporting on budget projections, revenue and expenses.
• Support mission and ensure respectful treatment of all stakeholders.
• Participate in advisory committees and safety programs.
• Assist in HR issues, risk management and contract negotiations with vendors.
• Contribute to capital improvements and QA measures.
