Oral Roberts University seeks an Adjunct, Residential faculty member to teach in the undergraduate Healthcare Administration program. The 3-credit courses provide introductory education to new healthcare administration students.

Candidates must demonstrate a Spirit-Empowered Christian commitment and align with the university's honor code. Responsibilities include teaching in face-to-face and virtual formats, contributing to program development, and maintaining program quality while fulfilling

Competenze

• Minimum of one year of teaching experience at the college/university level.
• Commitment to undergraduate education and student success.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and effectively interact with a wide array of parties at all levels (students, faculty, administration/staff, alumni, and external constituents).
• A focus on student-centered pedagogy, integration of technology in instruction, and engagement with industry in the classroom are highly desired.
