The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least three years in a medical or related business, with knowledge of insurance plans and basic medical software tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three years of work experience in a medical or related business.
• Comprehension of insurance plans including HMO, PPO, POS, commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the office's front-line clerical staff.
• Interview, hire, train, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations within budget guidelines.
• Manage providers' schedules and optimize patient care hours.
• Schedule staff and allocate resources to maximize patient access and satisfaction.
• Handle cash management duties including co-pays and balances.
• Ensure service excellence and data accuracy across sites.
• Develop tools to support staff and improve efficiency.
• Lead staff meetings and participate in supervisor discussions.
