Advocate Health is seeking an Administrative & Operational Intern for an on-site program in Matthews, NC, running May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027. You will support a broad portfolio of healthcare projects, collaborate with physicians and staff, and help develop processes and presentations.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Management, Nonprofit Management, Data Analytics, or a related field with freshman, sophomore, junior or senior standing as of Fall 2027.

Responsibilities

Administrative intern will help manage a diverse portfolio of healthcare projects and contribute to progress and deliverables.
Join the rotation work unit and use internal/external resources to achieve goals.
Develop healthcare management skills and work with physicians and staff across Advocate Health.
Support planning, education, and research activities within the system.
Assist in developing programs, processes, or applications and preparing information and research materials.
