Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in the United States is seeking a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Director to lead client engagements across employer health and group benefits. You will guide pricing, funding and design decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve plan performance.

This hybrid role requires 8+ years in professional services, strong leadership, and expertise in big data analytics, actuarial concepts, and client relationship growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional services experience in benefit consulting, health underwriting, or actuarial functions.
• Experience with multiple client segments and broad health/welfare products.
• Strong knowledge of cost avoidance, risk and funding strategies.
• Proven ability to lead projects and expand client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAA engagements for a portfolio of clients with expert guidance on pricing and reserves.
• Model plan design options and funding strategies to improve client outcomes.
• Provide leadership to junior colleagues on FAA concepts and tools.
• Review technical accuracy and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams to manage projects.
• Develop relationships with employers and vendors to strengthen WTW’s brand.
