Dayton Children's is seeking an Accreditation and Regulatory Coordinator to lead routine evaluation, policy creation, implementation and monitoring of regulatory requirements across CMS, The Joint Commission, state health departments, OSHA, FDA and disease-specific accreditations. The role partners with multi-disciplinary teams to strengthen compliance and patient care.

Bachelor’s degree is required; 1-3 years of healthcare regulatory experience is required, 3-5 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, coordinate and perform regulatory activities to ensure compliance with CMS, The Joint Commission, state health departments, OSHA, FDA and disease-specific accreditations.
• Conduct audits to identify non-conformities and opportunities for improvement and address them through corrective action planning.
• Assess the effectiveness of the organization’s regulatory readiness and outcomes to improve patient care in line with standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to manage regulatory functions across hospital, outpatient departments and off-site campuses.
